Sales Rep Full Job Description To Serve Contracting is seeking highly motivated individuals to work and perform roofing sales. The sales cycle includes a roof inspection and hands on interaction with customers. Project managers have the opportunity to use company drones as well as physically inspect roofs to maximize sales. To Serve intends to provide leads as well as expects self generated leads. We provide hands-on training and provide you with all the tools to succeed. This is an outside sales opportunity, you generate your schedule. However, there is a certain threshold of work required in order to succeed, and maximize your efforts. Roofing sales are exciting and extremely lucrative and we would love to speak with you about this opportunity. Our outside sales representatives must demonstrate experience in the following areas:

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Outside sales experience extremely beneficial
• Outside sales communication and marketing
• TOP work ethic
• Roofing experience beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent time management skills
• Organization and Communication Skills
• Team-focused
• Complex outside sales process and problem solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
