Job Description

Rapidly growing agency is seeking a Commercial Lines specialist to focus on all commercial lines including Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella and Business Owners Policies. This is a unique opportunity to write business both inside of Farmers Insurance and outside as well so very few risks will be off the table. Unlimited earning potential and the ability to write Personal Lines and Life Insurance as well.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a variety of sales, networking, and marketing techniques to identify and contact buyers and decision-makers of commercial insurance products.
  • Schedule appointments with decision-makers to analyze risk exposures and provide insurance solutions.
  • Strategically move prospects through the sales process to become clients.
  • Utilize and lead support staff in service to the clients.
  • Develop strong working relationships with underwriters


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Prior Professional Experience as a Sales Consultant working with customers with a successful track record of new business and providing an exceptional experience.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance in Nevada
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for presenting, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales administrative systems.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Can work independently and see initiatives or issues through to completion.
  • Requires travel to networking, prospect, and client locations.
