Now Hiring - Route Delivery Sales in Plant City, FL

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Route Sales position primary function is to perform outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. You will increase product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format "off-premise" stores. You will upsell inventory, new items, and product displays.

· Position will require the Route Sales Representative to service accounts during customer-designated service windows, which may require the Route Sales Representative to work non-traditional business hours, weekends, or holidays.

· Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment

· Manage products and relationships with the customer contacts for the sale of our products at assigned accounts

· Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales

· Responsible for route operational activity, including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations.

· Communicate with customers to assist them in understanding the promotional activity and our customer delivery expectations.

· Assist customer relations, including selling new products and space/position gains.

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

· Ability to safely lift 150 pounds and move product using appropriate equipment

· Identifies and executes territory-related opportunities.

· Direct responsibility for the recommendations and installation of display equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Experience:

• direct store sales.: 1 year (Required)
• wholesale alcohol sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
