Now Hiring - Account Manager/Dispatcher in Tomball, TX

Titan Transportation is a full service transportation brokerage company. Superior customer service has been our first priority since inception of the company. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced transportation brokers, dispatchers, and/or agents. Although our passion has been over dimensional, flatbeds, and dry van freight, we would also entertain an idea based on diversification. The pay scale depending on experience and customer base would be 40,000 to no limit plus incentives.

Responsibilities Include:

· Answering Phones

· Negotiate rates with carriers and clients.

· Assist to find authorized and reliable transportation for our client’s needs.

· Identify Services and pricing that meet the customer’s needs in order to obtain and maintain business objectives.

· Maintain and expand relationships with carriers.

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Maintain regular contact with existing customers.

· Collaborate with other team members and manager.

Required Tools:

· Team Player

· Good attention to detail

· English speaking with good communication skills

· Previous in freight brokerage.

· Conformation with MS Office, computer proficient

· Current book of carriers and/or customers is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
