For the first time, we are allowing a few entry level positions. This opportunity does not require past work experience, we will train the right candidate!

Benefits: Take weekends off! Work days are Monday-Friday, 8:45AM - 4:45PM Hourly $20-$25 + Commission & bonuses

Responsibilities: Manage incoming and out going calls Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​

Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have reliable transportation (This is an in-office position only).
