Job Purpose and Summary:

The Business Development Manager is the first point of contact for new business. They are responsible for maintaining and developing new business within their region.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Knowledge of estimation and CCC operating system
• Knowledge of automotive body and paint, techniques and tools
• Reviews KPIs with customers
• Maintain account target list for strategic prospecting with profiles and reviews quarterly with TMs and distributors
• Understand competitors, their offerings (products and services) and develop counter measures to secure current PPG business
• Educate and mentor Account Managers to secure and support regional accounts
• Identify and improve efficiency and profitability processes with strategic accounts teamed with TMs and distributors
• Develop and implement an account management plan for key regional accounts (i.e. larger single locations, MSOs, strategic accounts)
• Establishes new business by prospecting potential high volumed customers and planning and performing outside sales calls
• Maintains current accounts by building strong customer relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
