The Regional Sales Manager that supports our Calibration Solutions business has responsibility for driving sales growth and meeting and exceeding sales goals in the assigned sales US territory.

Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Identifies customer needs and effectively addresses them with Mesa Labs products and services.
  • Generates interest and cultivates new sales opportunities through prospecting, leads management, referrals and RFP’s.
  • Meets or exceeds sales goals in assigned territory.
  • Maintains and expands business with existing customers by developing strong service / business relationships with multiple buying influencers.
  • Cultivates relationships and facilitates meetings between customer and Mesa Labs,
  • Utilizes CRM and other standard Daily Management tools proficiently and diligently to drive priorities and manage by fact. Maintains CRM data continually.
  • Identifies threats and opportunities using sales data and customer feedback
  • Effectively manages their sales funnel and provides accurate forecasting on monthly basis.
  • Achieves regular and consistent customer call and visit activity expectations
  • Complies with company ethics, code of conduct, policies, and best practices, with a commitment to safety in the workplace, valuing of diversity, and promotion of a harassment-free environment.
  • Commits to continuous improvement in skills and capabilities including selling skills, product and application knowledge, and commercial processes
  • Elevates customer perspective of Mesa Labs through consistent professionalism and timeliness and serving the needs of external and internal customers.
  • Participates in Problem Solving, Kaizen, and strategy events as needed.
  • Participates in Sales meetings, training, and other internal meetings as needed.
  • Collaborates effectively with Mesa team members and assists in onboarding of new hires.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and ethics.
  • Maintains positive and courteous demeanor with guests and employees.
  • Able to work cross functionally with service, customer service, finance, and marketing to develop solutions and solve problems for customers.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required or an equivalent level of work experience in sales with technology products.
  • 5 years minimum experience as sales leader with demonstrated track record of above plan performance in Industrial, Technology, or Medical/BioPharma industries.
  • Minimum 2 years successful sales or experience with Mesa customers and products is preferred.
  • Experience selling or working with Continuous Monitoring products and services is a plus
  • Demonstrated effective presentation and sales planning skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; demonstrates ability to deliver timely and useful multi-mode communications to both internal and external customers

Compensation/Benefits:

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position. The package includes base salary, commission, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.

Base Salary Range for this position is $80-100K.
