Inside Sales Representative

Requirements:

• 2+ years inside sales experience in healthcare/medical sales required
• Demonstrated track record of sales excellence
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Results driven with an eagerness to succeed
• Thrives in fast-paced environment
• Team Player
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and G-Suite
• Strong attention to detail

Main duties are but not limited to:

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly productivity goals
• Convert incoming phone & email leads into sales and Upsell existing clients
• Manage any and all necessary follow-up communications
• Utilize inventory management system to track stock and set shipping expectations
• Bi-weekly check-ins with all established accounts
• May require occasional in person field visits
• Maintain product knowledge base
• Develop & Maintain Meaningful Relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
• Understand, Highlight, and Demonstrate the advantages of our products to potential clients
• Identify potential clients, Assess client needs, Recommend products and Close the sale
• Maintain Prospect Database
• Organize comprehensive data to track working relationships

**Salary plus commission. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
