Katzkin has started to build a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business a couple of years ago and has seen overwhelmingly positive responses from consumers to our product. Having gone through an initial phase of growth, the plan is to aggressively invest in and scale our DTC business in the next 6-12 months.

Inside Sales Representative

Katzkin is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to help accelerate the growth of our DTC business. We are looking for high-energy, organized and goal-driven individuals to get in on the ground floor of building our inside sales team!

Representatives educate and sell our product (via phone, text, chat, and email) to interested consumers (no cold calling, all prospective consumers have contacted us asking for more information). The position provides extensive upside for bonus compensation and career growth as our direct-to-consumer business continues to rapidly expand.

While ideally Los Angeles (or SoCal) based, this position can be fully remote (after on-site training is complete) or in office (full time or hybrid), depending on the candidate. Flexibility in terms of shifts is necessary in this position (i.e., this individual will need to cover some night and/or weekend shifts as needed).

Responsibilities

• Educate and sell interested consumers on Katzkin products via phone, text, chat, and email.
• Be a trusted partner in the consumer’s journey to discover and learn about our exciting product.
• Assess customer needs and respond appropriately, be a consultative problem solver.
• Manage high volume of inbound / return calls, chats, and texts.
• Keep accurate records and accurately enter customer and order information into systems, [please apply online] and forms.
• Accurately determine pricing based on products and customization options ordered.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a great experience for our customers.
