POSITION SUMMARY
Facilitate on-site/off-site caterings and events to drive sales. Establish positive and on-going relationships with local businesses, through face-to-face visits and marketing efforts. Develop and execute local charitable events that position Carolina Ale House and TakoSushi as a community leader. Support company-wide promotions, by disseminating information and engaging staff through incentives. Collaborate and lend support to the Sales and Marketing team as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- LSM Coordinator efforts between GM & Home Office:
o Utilize Tripleseat for all Leads, Bookings, BEO’s and Financial data o Attend weekly manager meetings to communicate details of events and bookings o Submit weekly recap form to GM and SMM o Coordinate All donation requests through the Home Office and SMM o Coordinate store plan for holidays and special events o Establish and Facilitate NFL and College Watch parties o Complete LSM Coordinator checklist in Promotional Project Briefs and submit to SMM upon completion
- Parties/Caterings/Special Events
o Create menu with guest, GM and KM o Create BEO and follow up on approval o Communicate details and ensure staffing with management o Be present for elevated bookings and caterings, as defined by GM and SMM o Identify and develop local store catering team
- Local Events
o Organize the set-up and breakdown for events o Collaborate with Event Organizers o Communicate and confirm staffing with GM, prior to schedules being posted. o “Last-minute” events require a live conversation with GM and DM o Secure promotional items for upcoming events
- Business and Non-profit Community Partnerships
o Schedule monthly visit to local businesses, charities, and civic organizations o Participate in monthly Chamber meetings and events o Network with community and industry peers o Visit the local Visitor Bureau monthly
- Promotion Roll-outs
o Ensure all collateral is in the store and displayed on schedule o Organize staff training with GM
- Apartment/Hotel Partnerships
o Visit apartment complex offices monthly for “move in” package availability o Contribute to their newsletter o Build relationships with hotel employees o Visit hotels bi-weekly to deliver sales materials, menus, and discount coupons

COMMISSION-BASED DUTIES
- Booking Parties and complete follow through
- Set up menu and create BEO’s and contract
- Communicate with management and be visible in the restaurant, as defined by the GM
- Establish staffing levels for parties and events with GM
- Ensure food quantities and availability with KM
- Organize the set-up and breakdown for all parties and be present as defined by
GM and SMM
- Complete all phases of Tripleseat requirements
Preferred Education and Experience
Marketing experience and background with Food/Beverage or Restaurants
Work Environment
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, photocopiers and cell phones.
Physical Demands
The employee is frequently required to sit, walk, talk, see and hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee may frequently lift and/or move materials/product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. Expected Hours of Work

Travel
- This position requires from 25% travel
- Travel may be outside the local area and/or overnight
Compensation
- Manager meal benefits
- Commission can be earned on parties with parameters defined by GM
- GM must sign off on all parties that will earn commission
- Commission paid quarterly
