Job Title: Inside Sales Development

Description:

We're growing our sales development team and looking for energetic ambitious leaders to join us. In this role, you will connect with warm prospects and existing customers. You will learn about their business needs and recommend managed services solutions. It's an exciting and rewarding opportunity if you want to soar with a young and growing consulting firm.

You will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships and enabling client engagements. To be successful in this role, you must be a highly energetic, motivated, ambitious individuals capable of fostering phone conversations, leading to new customer engagements.

What the position entails:

  • Volume outbound calls (~100/day) with the end objective of setting up a 15-minute call with a senior sales manager.
  • Full-cycle sales once deemed capable. You will be both setting appointments and following up on accounts to bring them onboard.

Responsibilities:

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers using warm leads that are provided to you
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Generate and qualify appointments for sales representatives
  • Follow a proven process with step-by-step scripts to engage prospects and develop and manage leads through CRM database management effectively close
  • Receive unwavering support from inspirational leaders who care tremendously about your success
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong telephone & communication skills
  • Sales calling experience with confident, positive attitude
  • Must be comfortable talking to C-Level/decision makers, as well as gate keepers
  • An assertive personality, high energy level and resilient character
  • Ability to rapidly build knowledge of service lines and offerings
  • Handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Customer relationships and fostering opportunities
  • Basic technology and information technology skills required
  • Experience preferred, but willing to work with the right candidate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required
  • Experience in Sales and natural ability to connect with people over the phone
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with drive to consistently meet objectives
  • Ability to be persistent and answer objections
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
  • Have a love for helping others and achieve fantastic customer service.
  • Have an outgoing personality with a customer service mindset.
  • Have a high level of dedication and excellent work ethic.
  • Good research skills and the ability to translate information
  • Must be highly organized and timely with follow up
