As a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative, you will build relationships with existing clients and network for new opportunities to create quotes and round out client accounts, ensuring your client's needs are met and expectations exceeded. Our culture is professional and focused on team member growth both personally and professionally on a daily basis. We support each other through team building and ongoing training in our efforts to meet our client's insurance and financial goals and needs.

Responsibilities

  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be building clientele via prospecting, warm leads, and obtaining referrals.
  • Youll have the opportunity to treat each client interaction as an opportunity to educate & advise clients and round out their accounts.
  • Utilizing your negotiation skills, youll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.

Requirements
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including via the phone, email, and face to face.
  • Basic computer and technical proficiency including the use of Agency Management Systems.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
