Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager who can execute on all of European Wax Center's policies and procedures while upholding performance standards. The Center Sales Manager will lead by example and achieve individual KPI's to exceed and uphold profitability.

About the Role: The Sales Manager is responsible for working along with the Center Sales Leader to ensure every guest has an exceptionable experience while driving the center's KPI metrics. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining Guest Service Associates staff by recruiting, onboarding and training new associates
• Follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly stretch goals to coach and train Guest Service Associates to exceed KPI's
• Leading by example by achieving individual KPI's to exceed and uphold profitbility

Position Duties

• Set goals to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, yearly objectives and Daily Team Huddle with GSA
• Ensure associates come in EWC uniform
• Ensure each guest has an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure all confirmation calls are made and no call/no show are being addressed immediately
• Focus on daily KPI to drive profitability
• Check reports daily to ensure metrics are up to company standards
• Coach GSA staff and role play daily
• Maintain impeccable center cleanliness and organization. Including, hallway, lobby, restrooms, retail shelves and wax suites
• Ensure GSAs completes and signs off an opening, daily, and closing checklist
• Ensure staffs clocks in and out for shifts and breaks
• Update communication board weekly
• Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring and Training the Front Desk Staff
• Works with Center Sales Leader to control point usage, refunds and other Loss Prevention areas
• Understands, believes in and upholds EWC Core Values (Three C’s)

Physical Demands

• Ability to operate a POS system to create reports using Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Tracking, and POS system.

Availability

• Open and Flexible
• Must be available for morning, night, and weekend shifts and on call for emergencies
