Responsibilities

This is a 100% sales commission role! To be the most successful, applicants should be able to do the following:

• Work with buyers and sellers
• Follow up with incoming referrals and leads
• Build strong relationships with potential clients
• Manage all aspects of the real estate transaction to include, but not limited to, showing properties, writing and negotiating contracts, understanding the market and inventory, and growing both personally and professionally.

Qualifications

• An active NC Real Estate License
• A willingness to get an SC Real Estate License (within 9 -12 months of on-boarding.
• A Valid U.S. Driver's license and reliable transportation to Charlotte/Asheville and surrounding metropolitan areas.
• 1+ years of experience in the sales or customer service industry
• Strong communication skills and a working knowledge of common real estate tech platforms.
• Spanish fluency, strongly preferred- Fluency in languages other than English is a PLUS!
