SVP, Sales is responsible for Moving sales results by managing the Moving Sales team and driving Moving Sales Strategy. This role is directly responsible for generating Corporate Sales in the US and Europe. There are two sales channels to be managed, Agent direct sales and supporting the relocation sales team for moving services. The sales leader owns the Corporate moving channel and is responsible to drive new sales with market driven strategies and creating the market leadership position.

Functions and Responsibilities

40%
Driving all new corporate moving sales through direct support of relocation sales team. Develop value propositions, attend prospect meetings, manage sales process, and develop new sales strategies. Ensure pricing strategies are market driven and competitive.

Support and enable Agents to sell all moving services to corporate clients directly. Establishes and fosters strong relationships with agents in order to increase sales, value propositions through presentations and proposals to existing and prospective agents.

Preparing and attending prospect meetings, strategizing with sales team members, preparing formal proposals and cost analysis, following-up with prospects. Pipelines management and sales process management. Work with Marketing to drive lead generation and content creation.

Data and presentations developed /for top management and board meetings, training team members and preparing and holding sales department meetings.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills
  • 10 years of previous professional sales selling expertise, preferably in the moving industry
  • 5 years of managing a sales team in a business environment is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales goals
  • Experience calling on corporate clients
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and computer skills
  • Strong drive to build a winning culture and possess the leadership traits of integrity, customer centricity, collaboration, employee orientation and leadership driven
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
