We're looking for someone who takes pride in their job, has a commitment to Jesus Christ and the expansion of his Kingdom and wants to make Elim a better place to work. As a Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Elim, you'll be required to:

• Ensure Fiscal Support for HOPE Packs Program
• Create annual plan setting targets for growth in church and organizational giving and HOPE Packs supply drive
• Forecast and manage distributions in conjunction with Elim annual budget cycle
• Work with communications team in developing a social media strategy to engage churches, corporations and promote HOPE Packs plan.
• Manage Portfolio of Donors for Annual Fundraising

Hours:

40 hours/week, will be expected to visit churches during Sunday services.

• Medical, dental, vision, flex spending, retirement plan (with match)

• Excellent social media and technical skills

• Strong communication skills including writing, verbal and presentation
