The Outside Sales Money Transfer candidate will be responsible for maximizing transactions and revenue for existing and new agents within an assigned territory. The primary responsibilities include recruiting targeted agents, maximizing same-store sales, and improving service quality provided to agents.

Duties and responsibilities:

    • Recruitment of new agent locations and providing service to existing agent locations within the assigned territory
    • Recruitment of new agent locations and providing service to existing agent locations within the assigned territory
    • Generate leads, call on prospects, evaluate the business position and convert into new business signings
    • Provide ongoing agent support and maintenance through agency visits
    • Maintain current customer relationships through visits, calls through personalized service to agents by being in constant communication with them
    • Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish
    • 2 + years of proven outside sales experience
    • Similar experiences such as prepaid card services experience (Telephone cards, credit cards, etc.) may be considered based on experience and network.
    • Must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time
    • Valid Driver's License and authorized to work for all US employers.

Compensation/Position/Benefits Structure:

    • Full-Time position with a base salary plus competitive monthly commission program – potential to earn total compensation of $75,000-$120,000
