The Sales Executive position includes a comprehensive benefit package, training program and competitive compensation!

Sales Executive Overview: The Sales Executive will introduce and present company products and value propositions to potential customers and ultimately close sales. The Sales Executive responsibilities include researching competing products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. You should also be able to answer customers' questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To be successful as a Sales Executive, you should demonstrate strong negotiation skills, have a full understanding of our value proposition, and demonstrate the ability to convince customers to purchase company products. Ultimately, a top-performing Sales Executive should achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that all purchased products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

  • Understanding and able to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
  • Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
  • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrating product features to customers.
  • Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
  • Track all sales activities and client records in Salesforce and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.
  • Presenting sales proposals to potential customers.
  • Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs using company products.
  • Assist in set-up and implementation of new business as implementation procedures dictate.
  • Execute ongoing sales and marketing strategies to cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Be a student of the industry - knowledgeable of new products and services as well as Sales trends and best practices.
  • Be aware of competitors and their initiatives and analyze competitive threats.
  • Maintain pro-active communication with in-force clients and pipeline prospects.
