JOB SUMMARY AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for supporting the Sales Manager by conducting sight tours to potential customers, providing quality customer service though efficient communication on all aspects the Grand Tradition offers, book events to reach sales goals, conduct coordination of events and support the clerical aspects of the Sales Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
I. Meet with potential customers by conducting site tours and communicate
Company services, provide accurate budget sheets to potential customers,
book weddings, respond to all website inquires via phone, email or mail,
maintain leads database, send one-month lead follow ups, one week
leads follow up, coordination of events and schedule site tour reservations............ 50 %
II. Set up new event files which include: update Event calendar, send out
weekly reminders to vendors, create new invoices, update invoices and close
out event folders. Assist in coordinating aspects of special events to include
invitations, reservations and seating charts. Maintain accounts receivable, linen
and lantern orders. .............. 45 %
III. Assist in answering phones, answering Estate questions, wedding payments,
checking availability for events, Veranda reservations and any other job
tasks that may arise.......... 5 %

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
I. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, or 5 years' experience in event coordinating or similar
position.
II. Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize work schedule to meet deadlines.
III. Must be able to work well with all levels of employees and customers and maintain a positive
attitude.
IV. Requires a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
V. Requires a high degree of organizational skills as well as a self-starting ability.
VI. Ability to perform functions using various equipment and software such as computers,
data entry, MC Excel, MS Word, MS Access, etc.
VII. Ability to remain flexible and provide open communication to Management.
VIII. Requires ability to train and mentor employees on the performance standards of the Company.

PHYSICAL STANDARDS:
I. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
II. Must be able to talk clearly and hear responses.
III. Must have the ability to receive detailed information through hearing and to make
discriminations in sound.
IV. Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, and climb stairs.
V. Must be able to reach, grasp and finger objects and operate business equipment.
VI. Manual dexterity required for keyboard functions, and repetitive motions.
VII. Minimum visual acuity requirements include reading numbers, printed instructions and video
display terminals.
VIII. Must be able to visually identify distinct colors.
IX. Must be able to exert weights of up to twenty (20) pounds of force on an occasional basis,
and up to ten (10) pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull,
or otherwise move objects.
X. Employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
