Boutique Sales Associates & Store Managers in Huntersville, NC
A successful store manager candidate will have several years of specialty retail experience in a leadership role, such as a store manager or boutique team leader. Qualified candidates will place a strong emphasis on guest service and product and visual presentation, as well as be an effective problem solver and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. The store manager is responsible for building and retaining a high performing and diverse sales team through strategizing, coaching, and accountability. Additionally, the store manager is responsible for leading and motivating their team and, in turn, maximizing sales. The right candidate must have an understanding of business drivers and how to maximize profitability and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in their boutique.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A minimum of 2 years in a retail store management position is preferred. The ability to effectively maneuver around a sales floor and stockroom, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for prolonged periods, repetitively bend, twist, stoop, squat, and climb are necessary. Lastly, candidates must have the ability to travel to other stores and possibly change work location if needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
