We are looking for a designer who loves working on upscale projects. Meeting with our referred clients plus protentional new clients who seek us out and helping fulfil their design vision. A typical day would be to meet with a prospective client at design center or sometimes at their home. Visiting the renovating to review with the project manager various topics. Design their space using semi-custom cabinets or full custom product from our Detroit Woodworking Company. Select materials with or without the client from our various partners.

We utilize 2020 design software for most room designs and also use Chief Architect when needed. We offer Auto Cad design services for the truly custom products. You will help select materials and specify products for the client. A typical day would consist of designing, visiting a project, meeting with client at a vendor to select materials.

Scheduling is done through Office 365 and Builder Trend with our project manager. Our projects tend to be of the larger and upscale (removing walls, floors, doorways, additions, etc while keeping the integrity of the areas design in mind. We focus on Grosse Pointe and the surrounding area. We utilize both internal and subcontracted trades to install our projects.re home is our specialty.

Compensation is a combination of salary and commission. The only limit to total compensation is your ability to design and sell projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
