Sales Support Coordinator in Germantown, WI
Summary: This position involves providing support to the external machine and aftermarket sales team. Support is defined as quoting, documentation, sales contracts, information management and other paperwork associated with machine and aftermarket sales and customer contact.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Point of contact for external sales team- Maintain and continually update customer information in CRM as support for all Territory Sales Managers.
- Prepare quotes, sales documentation, and other customer requested information in support of Sales Team
- Machine sales order entry and project binder assembly.
- Complete, maintain and process pertinent paperwork.
- Schedule and arrange customer visits and demonstrations for customers as directed by VP of Sales and Territory Managers.
- Discover and qualify sales leads and communicate them to the Satisloh sales department via CRM
- Understand and explain the basic features and benefits of using the equipment and supplies distributed by Satisloh to our customers
- Provide Sales Meeting, STUDIO/Academy and Trade Show support
- Provide account set up and maintenance support for SAP and E-commerce portal
- TeleSales – Manage and execute seasonal promotions of Machines and Aftermarket products. Needs to be confident when soliciting sales over the phone.
RESPONSIBILITY BREAKDOWN
60% - Sales support (machine and aftermarket opportunity and quoting support/machine order processing/meetings/sales paperwork/reporting)
20% - Customer/marketing support (database maintenance/customer information gathering, lead management/trade show support/promotion calls to solicit sales)
10% - Studio/Academy support (scheduling/customer contact)
10% - Project management and admin support (information gathering and administrative support for projects)

Education/Experience:
Working knowledge of SAP preferred
Proficient with Windows Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Google Suite and Windows Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and have a working knowledge of C4C for Sales; Adobe Acrobat; and SAP.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Requires strong communication and phone skills.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
