Now Hiring - Healthcare Wound Therapy Medical Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a relationship with current and potential customers in the medical community
  • Responsible for obtaining a predetermined number of referrals per month
• Identify and develop new customers
  • Responsible for maintaining current customers each month while adding services to maximize potential revenue
• Prepare for and participate in trade shows, exhibits, and advertising campaigns
• Conduct in-service for customers educating them in the use and application of equipment
• Initiate resolution to complaints from customers with the appropriate management
• Prepare and submit approved plans for sales territory management
• Provide marketing information to management as requested and/or made available
• Input and maintain the company's Salesforce tracking system and submit reports as requested
• Follow up on lost contracts/accounts and identify problems with product or services and report to management
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts
• Understand and provide pricing on equipment and services to potential and current customers, along with billing and invoicing procedures
• Provide information on Medicare, Medicaid, insurance procedures, and product information to customers when applicable
• Gather clean and proper paperwork including appropriate approvals as deemed by management before any contracts (including correlating paperwork) are sent to the Business Information Group for review and processing
• May be required to set up and/or assist with deliveries/pickups to new and current customers
• Follows applicable policies and procedures of the Safety & Regulatory Manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment), DOT (driving safety), FDA, and Emergency Planning

• 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically NPWT preferred
• Requires a valid driver's license

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
