Description:

You will support the Arkansas area to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically, and safely at accounts within the area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a sales account management role!


  • Helps and works with Sales Account Managers with the design and implementation of treatment programs
  • Communicates with Sales Account Managers about activity within the account
  • Assists with growth opportunities within existing customers and prospects.
  • Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required, maintain an inventory record
  • Assists with technical issues at customer sites, bring any issues to the customer's attention and work with a key account manager to put together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed of outcomes and follow up
  • Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
  • Assist with data analysis on program performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree
  • 3-5 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred)
  • Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems
  • Project management of complex projects
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them
  • Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports
  • Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Documented results using a consultive sales process
