Seek One Construction Company is currently looking to add 2-3 highly motivated individuals to our outside sales team. As a member of Seek One, you will take part in one of the fastest growing and highly recommended roofing companies in the middle Tennessee area! We do this by helping explain and assist clients through the insurance process of receiving a brand-new roofing system for a fraction of the cost.

In order to keep up with our continual growth, we are looking to hire and train highly motivated, energetic, and confident individuals to fill highly sought-after roles. What we want to see:

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with clients
• Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
• Must have reliable transportation
• College experience preferred but not necessary
• Previous sales experience required
• Must currently reside in or around the Franklin, TN area

Position Details:

• Prospect and cultivate relationships with homeowners through D2D
• Generate inspection reports of damages to the roof
• Walk clients through the insurance claims process
• Help homeowners with selections and project build out

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
