We have an immediate need for a Property Manager to join the team at Arcadia Gardens, one of United Group’s professionally managed 55+ active adult housing communities, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

  • Leads, coaches, manages, and holds your team accountable
  • Provides training and cultivates/emulates United Group culture
  • Executes 30/60/90 day marketing strategies and ensures reputation management
  • Executes resident retention programs and resolves escalated resident issues
  • Hits controllable expense budget, monitors performance, creates and drives rent collection and new revenue streams to achieve/exceed goals
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Ensures Owners' goals and objectives are aligned with property operations

Job Overview + Requirements:

  • Job Type: Property Manager; approximate salary: $90K annually, plus Bonus Program
  • Work Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday (weekends may be required as needed)
  • Training for Position: Supervisory experience with both leasing and maintenance staff
  • Physical Requirements: Light lifting and carrying
  • Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales/leasing, preferably independent Senior housing; residential property management; software (Yardi, CRM, Entrata, etc.)
  • Certifications: Professional designations, i.e. Certified Professional Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), or equivalent industry designation preferred.
  • Qualities: Demonstrates integrity on a personal and professional level; Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills; Ability to solve problems involving residents and challenging situations
