Fresh Produce Sales Manager:

Twin City Produce is currently hiring a Fresh Produce Sales Manager. This position will require prior grocery retail produce experience, as well as demonstrated sales and relationship building experience. Must be ambitious , reliable, customer focused, and detail oriented.

Job Description:

The Fresh Produce Sales Manager will provide dedicated service to each of our retail customers. This position takes care of daily orders; checking on pricing, inventory, quality and delivery. The Fresh Produce Sales Manager will liaise with management and warehouse staff to make sure things run smoothly and customers needs are met.

This position also requires management of potential customers through research, on-site visits and relationship building.

Job Requirements:

Work on site Monday- Friday aproximate hours 8am-3pm, some Saturday mornings required

Maintain and increase sales revenue for existing accounts

Communicate with customers on a daily basis

Find innovative ways to assist in merchandising

Maintain existing relationships and help develop new accounts

Ability to travel to local customers when needed

Salary range:

Starting pay 90-100K, health, dental, PTO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
