Sales- Business Development Associate

Seeking a Worker's Compensation Experienced Business Development Associate. Must have a good understanding and experience with Workers Compensation and Disability arena. Must be able to do strategic marketing planning, be confident in cold call sales.

• Work as part of the Business Development Team to achieve the company’s marketing and sales goals.

• Responsible for new business development, brand-building strategies, and identifying potential market segments.

• Contribute to revenue generation through new account development and key account management.

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies.

• Develop and present relevant business proposals.

• Meet and maintain relations with key clients; plan and carry out individual account support activities to maintain and develop existing and new customers.

• Attend and present at external (customer) and internal meetings as necessary.

• Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries by email, telephone, personal visits and/or correspondence, as appropriate.

• Monitor and report on marketing activities and provide relevant information to the BD Team and management; assist with the preparation of reports as necessary.

• Keep track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers, etc.

• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
