POSITION SUMMARY
At Max Home Inspections, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about building relationships and
supporting the needs of others. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong
relationships with potential and recurring customers. Our mission is “creating lifelong relationships by simplifying

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members based on knowledge,
  • Build trust and reliability
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a consultative approach.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient account of our products and services, and they feel supported and valued
  • Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls to create a positive experience for each and every caller
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers using excellent verbal communication
  • Gain knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations tailored to our customers by taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
  • Utilizing software, database, scripts, and tools appropriately to track bookings and customer information
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and live chat messages as needed
  • Return voicemails within a timely manner
  • Follow up with existing clients to answer questions and address any concerns
  • Follow up on cancelled and skipped services to reschedule
  • Continually meeting or exceeding booking goals by being knowledgeable about our product and service
  • Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns while navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
  • Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous call center experience
  • Previous inside sales experience
  • Must be available to attend a 3 week training class, 2 weeks virtual and 1 week in Davie, Florida
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Real estate, home inspection or related field experience
  • Associates degree or greater
  • Bi-lingual a plus
