Affordable Housing - Management, Compliance and Leasing Roles Available!

Positions are full time. HUD or Tax Credit experience encouraged. Salary will be based on experience and certifications. Housing experience required.

To be considered for an Immediate interview, we are looking for candidates that have experience with:

• Management/Compliance/Leasing within the Affordable Housing Industry (HUD, LIHTC/Tax Credit)
• Experience with managing a wait-list
• Experience with HUD vouchers
• Ability to schedule applicant interviews and site tours
• Possess time-management skills
• Be able to follow procedure and instruction
• Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work
• Ensure proper calculation of income, assets and rent levels
• Coordinate apartment inspections
• Ability to deal with a diverse group of people
• Must present a positive attitude and be team-oriented
• Ability to remain professional at all times and keep emotions checked
• Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy
• Assist with other tasks as needed
• Must be organized
• Must be proficient with computers

Specific Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English
• Previous leasing experience – Section 8 and/or Low Income Housing Tax Credit encouraged
• HCCP, COS, Blended or other property management certification helpful
• Knowledge of the recertification process will be given PRIORITY consideration- please be sure to mention if you have experience with Recertification

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Louisville, KY 40203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• affordable housing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• COS or equivalent (Required)
