HOW WE MARKET OUR SERVICES
- DMG Runs continuous campaigns designed to target specific individuals that need our services.
- We are currently running Mailing, TV, Radio and internet marketing.
- Our calls are filtered thru a call screen process so only the highest quality calls make it to our phones.
- Non-qualified calls are filtered out to ensure you are only spending time talking to people who will close.
- Currently each agent receives 10 - 12 calls a day and the leads are closing at 15% - 20%
- Each agent closes an average of 8 Deals a week and generates $20,000 in gross commission a month

What we are looking for
We are looking for entry level sales to learn this business from the ground up.
Immediate responsibilities will be to take calls in our inbound call center to qualify potential clients and see if they meet the criteria of becoming a client. New Trainees will take 50 calls a day and will pass the calls that qualify to our seasoned agents. Once you master this process you will be invited to graduate to becoming an Advisor. Our Advisors make $100,000- $150,000 Per year.
