Our Business Development Trainee is part of our community outreach team, focusing on generating new and repeat business opportunities for our clients. The Business Development Trainee will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced team focused on long-term growth and development opportunities. Daily Responsibilities:

• Participate in creating engaging outreach initiatives aimed at generating sales and awareness for our clients throughout the local community
• Track and maintain up-to-date and accurate recordings of all sales and donations throughout the course of each event
• Learn all applicable business processes and strategies
• Implement and track new strategies to gauge success after each event
• Stay up to date with all market trends and potential strategies to expand our clients reach

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail-based environment preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization
• Must be able to collaborate with a team and think on your feet
• Must be able to commute to our office based in Westminster
• Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
