Automotive Internet Sales (BDC) Qualifications

· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

· Professional appearance and demeanor

Automotive Internet Sales (BDC) Responsibilities

· Navigate our CRM tool used to track customer inquiries and take notes of customer records

· Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention

· Manually input inbound phone inquiries in CRM with proper sources and schedule follow-up

· E-mail, text and call all new customer inquiries in a timely fashion according to our process

· Promptly follow-up on all inquiries and ensure all customers’ questions are answered

· Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentation

· Work closely with BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel

· Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc. and other benefits to customers

· Attend product and sales training as requested

BDC Manager Qualifications

-Previous dealership experience is a huge plus

-Superior communication skills, both oral and written

-Strong email and phone presence

-Exceptional leadership skills

-Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

-Outstanding organizational skills

-Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment, must thrive under pressure

· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

BDC Manager Responsibilities

-Create, maintain and measure the internet and business development processes

-Manage internet sales representatives

-Develop and maintain the new hire and interview processes for all BDC representatives

-Cultivate engaged intelligent and consistent staff

-Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)

-Strive for continual improvement in the BDC and the company as a whole. Give recognition when it is earned
