We have been around for 2 1/2 years and in that time, we have wholesaled nearly 100 deals and have around 20 properties in our portfolio.

We now are Certified Affordable Housing Providers (CAHP) and we acquire properties through creative financing and then work together with families that cannot gain access to home ownership because they do not have the credit scores or the w-2 histories and give them an opportunity to buy their first homes.

We are not a large company and we operate out of our home office in KCK.
Our house has 5 acres of land, a pug, a pool and we try to have a good time while we are working towards the greater vision of our dreams.

Job Responsibilities:

Prospecting / Lead Generation:
- During the prospecting phase, we will be searching for our customer avatars -- we will be doing this by reaching out to agents, wholesalers, going through our CRM which has over 8000 leads - working together with VAs and sending them after our niche lists -- reaching out to pre-foreclosures, pre-probates and so on.

Acquisitions:
- During the acquisitions phase, we will be going through the sales process with qualified leads. We will be learning about their motivations, why they need to sell, determining if they are the right fit for us and if they are, getting their property under contract.

Skills you will learn:
Comping properties
Strong closing skills
Real Estate Acquisitions through Creative Financing
The finance side of real estates
Buying & Selling Notes

Basically, this position will be a masterclass in real estate where you can learn tons about how the numbers in real estate work, while sharpening you axe as a closer and making great money

Requirements:

Need to be proficient at typing
Able to type while talking
Able to go deep into peoples personal lives, ask the challenging questions, and get other to open up to you.
Must be able to commute to KCK daily to work from our home office
Be willing and able to fill out KPIs daily
