THE LIFE OF A NEW SALES CONSULTANT the first 30 days upon hire consists of gaining access to amazing video training platforms as well as LIVE one-on-one mentorship from the founder and president of Ark Roofer. You'll shadow him for two weeks and then he will shadow you in turn during a third week. After the initial 30 days, you will be assigned onto a small strategic team to help keep you accountable and reach those goals! Every week we have meetings with all consultants as a group and then individual team meetings for each of our teams. For the first 90 days, you'll start out as a 1099 independent contractor at 100% commission and you will need your own vehicle, roofing shoes, ladder, and a couple other smaller things in order to inspect homes, but after that period you could qualify as an employee with a base salary, truck, and great benefits included! At Ark Roofer, we understand the importance of recognizing and rewarding hard work, and want to provide a compensation structure that helps our employees reach their goals.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
