Job Description:
Trinity Wiring and Security Solutions is searching for a full-time Builder Sales Consultant. We provide smart home technology to thousands of customers throughout the DC metropolitan area. We are a security, structured wiring, audio/video and solar company that works directly with new home builders and consult with new home buyers on an appointment basis, either remotely, our office in Chantilly, VA or in the builder's community.

The ideal candidate should display:
Strong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities. Displaying excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers is important and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Effectively explain/consult about wiring, security, access control, and audio/video systems to new home buyers in a timely and efficient matter.
• Ensures that customer's understand Trinity’s procedures and processes from beginning to end of their home building process.
• Meet with customers to go over Trinity services, create home design plans, create invoices and ensure payment is collected. Add/make changes based on customer's needs and wants.
• Provides feedback and information to identify any potential barriers to timely execution of the home, such as delays/backorders of products or changes and communicates with all Managers as well as customers to resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Communicates effectively with customers and Trinity managers and staff as necessary to install and test equipment.
• Stays up to date and knowledgeable of Trinity services, technology as well as internal processes and procedures.
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Ability and desire to work well with others.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Candidate’s work history must display stability and consistent attendance.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to participate in and pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and motor vehicle record check.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Demonstrate ability to accept responsibility and carry out assigned tasks with detail and limited supervision.
• Demonstrate professionalism, self-composure, adaptability, persistence and be an eager learner.
• Ability to interface and communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional manner.
• General computer knowledge to facilitate business processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Compensation includes:

Base salary + monthly commission = potential of $50,000 +
