Sales Manager

Our Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing the sales of our Home Improvement products and services. This person will lead and manage sales efforts for the company and assume accountability for all issues that affect the sales direction of the office.

Must have Clean Background & Driving Record

Responsible for:

• Meeting or exceeding the sales forecast within policy guidelines.
• Educating, stimulating & guiding each salesperson directly to meet and exceed goals.
• Set the example for the sales department’s efforts and decorum.

Duties / Priorities:

• Recruit, hire, train & maintain sales reps within forecast.
• Instruct, demonstrate, observe & critique salespeople in the methodology.
• Assign and issue sales leads daily.
• Monitor appointment results and daily sales stats.
• Provide support to sales reps during selling process.
• Conduct ride along visits (Company truck & gas card provided)
• Lead by example – generate sales through company issued leads, rehash, self-gen leads.
• Conduct sales meetings.
• Meet monthly with management team to present an accurate month-end & YTD report.
• Provide management with necessary reports.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Prior In-Home sales experience as a sales rep or sales manager (min 3 yrs)
• Experience with hiring, mentoring & managing a sales team
• Strong management & motivational skills, ability to perform in fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with upper management, production & sales team
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to climb ladders & access roofs
• Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
