Our team is expanding and is getting referrals and leads throughout the Naples / Fort Myers / Estero / Marco Island / Cape Coral areas.

We’re looking to partner with highly motivated and competent agents that can take on 5-10 new clients per month.

Our systems and processes allow you to GET THE MOST out of your real estate career. With a world-class operations team, in-house marketing department, and our new inside sales team, we make it possible to THRIVE in Real Estate.

As part of our team, our agents will be set up for a level of success not seen by most individual real estate agents. Fully launch and get into higher production within months.

Commission Only

Responsibilities

  • Go on multiple appointments weekly to meet and build rapport with new clients
  • Show homes to interested clients
  • Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested
  • Follow-up with clients to move them forward in the process
  • Build relationships with agents in other companies
  • Negotiate contracts and transactions
  • Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues
  • Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,747.00 - $200,000.00 per year
