As the Sales Operations Administrator you will support Account Executives through the entire sales process, performing CRM administration, ensuring customer satisfaction as well as identifying operational improvements throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities are not limited to but will include: customer service follow up, policy and procedure identification and development, administrative support of field personnel, *processing and following up on plan and permit submissions.

Essential Functions:
  • Assists Account Executives with the complete sales cycle (opportunity management, proposal generation, bid document compilation, customer on-boarding, etc.).
  • Provides administrative support to Account Executives, Division/Department Management and Project Managers.
  • Sets up customers, vendors, and subcontractors obtaining all contractual forms and agreements and ensuring they are entered into the company CRM system.
  • Processes all Won sales opportunities ensuring document accuracy and thoroughness before forwarding to contracts for processing. Will work with both the Account Executive and Customer for documentation compliance.
  • Serves as the point of contact for House Accounts. Can effectively communicate with both new and existing customers all services and products offered by TRL Systems, always with a focus to expand a customers service portfolio.
  • Serves as a customer solution advocate with a focus on delivering and maintaining an exceptional and personalized customer experience.
  • Serves as a backup/support for the plan check submission process. Completes all applicable forms, uploading documentation to company systems and working with and following up with applicable authorities during the project approval process.
  • Any additional duties as assigned.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to make repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, daily.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily.
  • Move/Transport items weighing 20 pounds, occasionally.
  • Stand or Sit for long periods (4+ hours), daily
  • Work is performed in an office environment
Position Requirements: 3+ years in Administrative support, high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid California Driver License, and proof of auto insurance. We also conduct pre-employment drug screening in accordance with Federal Contractor regulations and background checks in accordance with State and local regulations.
