We are looking for an outgoing, motivated sales professional to join a growing community as a New Home Sales Consultant. This is an opportunity to join an award-winning home builder and work with a team dedicated to delivering excellence through every aspect of the home buying process. T

Key responsibilities include;

• Prospect and follow up on potential home buyers.
• Responsible for creating relationships and working with outside vendors and partners.
• Update and track performance using internal CSM.
• Work closely with administrators to conduct sales meetings.
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure projects are tracking as expected and keep a constant line of communication throughout the build.
• Must have New Homes Sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
