• What is the job? Customer Service Rep for the Spectrum Mobile call center. Our customer service reps work in a high volume inbound call center, answering billing and general questions for Spectrum Mobile customers. No sales involved.
• Where are we located? Our office in Portland, ME. We're currently renovating and setting up all new furniture, equipment, and other upgrades.
• When are the hours? We are open 8 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week. All shifts have at least one weekend day commitment. We offer set schedules, meaning your working hours and days do not change week to week. Shifts are determined during the offer stage and assigned first come, first serve.
• How are new reps prepared for the job? With an 11-week paid training program. All reps are considered full-time employees during training, no special statuses.
