• Maintain & nurture client relationships.
• Create & develop marketing plans for your agent brand success.
• Continuously learning & adapting to your market conditions to best serve your clients.
• Provide accurate market research to your community & clients.
• Develop, establish & maintain networks & collaborations with contractors, mortgage lenders, title representatives & vital teams in the real estate industry.

Fathom Agent Qualifications

• Agents with 3+ transactions proven sales within the year
• Agents with 0-2 closed transactions per year are eligible for F.A.S.T mentorship program
