Now Hiring - Landscape Designer/Sales in Mechanicsville, VA

Kirby's Lawn and Landscaping Service Inc. is hiring for a sales/designer who is dependable and honest. Self motivated to sell and implement daily goals for crews and reach monthly sales goals.

Must be able to communicate well with both clients and other types of workers on the landscape team. Must be able to perform site analyses that include the assessment of current plants, soil conditions, lighting and overall layout of property. Must have good knowledge of plant material and some hardscaping knowledge will be beneficial. Prepare working plans and detail drawings that can be presented and explained to client and crew.

Must be able to do take offs and create estimates which would include calculating material and labor. Working with crew on a daily basis to make sure jobs stay on track. Follow up with team and clients to ensure job was completed on time and successfully.

Knowledge of CAD software is encouraged but not required. An example of previous drawings must be provided before being considered for an interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at 40k per year for qualified employee
