We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team! Our Retail Sales Associate helps to provide engaging shopping experiences for each of our customers. Our Retail Sales Associate welcomes all of our customers and maintains in store merchandise displays. Our Retail Sales Associates provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions, drive sales of new products and help to run in store demonstrations.

Retail Sales Associate Essential Functions:

• Our Retail Sales Associate must maintains a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
• Answer customer questions efficiently
• Maintain inventory counts as needed
• Our Retail Sales Associate will help with visual merchandising ensuring displays are well maintained
• Process sales as needed
• Use a POS to process all purchases
• Provide exact change for customers
• Drive sales by guiding customers to the best products to purchase for their needs
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while reporting daily interactions
• Our Retail Sales Associate will also assist with standard Loss Prevention procedures

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

• Great verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Must be comfortable standing for four hours
• Ability to lift at least 10 lbs
• Must have a desire to provide excellent customer service
• Must follow all policies and procedures for sales transaction
• Must possess valid United States work authorization

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
