Overview:

This Sales Support Specialist position partners with a Treasury Management Sales Officer to support the sales process for a dedicated area(s)/region within the Bank. Reviews financial information, including prospect bank/analysis statements to generate pricing proposals, or participates in client support activities in order to identify sales opportunities. Facilitates the sales process by preparing necessary documentation.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support - Uncover sales opportunities through analysis and reporting, recommend solutions, prepare pricing proposals. Determines target needs and provides resolution. May serve as the main point of contact for associates throughtout sales process and assists in calls or presentations intended to solicit business.
Documentation - Prepares documentation presented to clients. This may include propsals, service agreements, and implementation forms.
Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets financial data. Performs analysis to determine trends in market, product, or client information.
Product Specialist - Serve as a Treasury Management subject matter expert to assist in the sales process and provide a resource to bankers and Treasury Sales Officers. May assist in creating and monitoring pricing of bank products or services, including evaluating competitor products and making suggestions to enhance the attractiveness of bank offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations
