We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-6pm to the public. The Position: We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate located in Pennsauken, NJ. The hours of this position will be 40 hours a week, Tuesday-Saturday. Required 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
SALARY: $39,300-43,380/year

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
To support the company’s sales and operational goals by proactively guiding and converting potential prospects into customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and
providing product information.
2.Build and maintain an understanding of the store’s products and discount price information to assist with customer purchases.
3.Receive payments from customers, operate cash register and credit card terminal and return
appropriate change as needed.
4.Unload deliveries to include lifting and carrying boxes stocking in appropriate areas.
5.Maintain a neat and orderly store at all times to include dusting and vacuuming.
6.Prepare product displays as requested.
7.Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.
8.Perform other related duties as assigned.
9.Participate in inventory
10.Daily bank deposits- if necessary
