You will take a hands-on approach to sharpening your leadership skills by working alongside your teams as you manage basic day-to-day operations of the store.

Sales Associates are Responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to every visitor
• Modeling excellence and learning daily
• Handling cash/credit payments
• Performing all other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge includes:

• GED or HS Diploma (2-4 year college degree a plus)
• Ideally with previous retail experience in customer-facing sales settings
• Flexible full-time schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• An interpersonal skill set to bond with co-workers & engage with customers
• A strong work ethic that actively seeks & initiates meaningful changes
• Emergent leadership that motivates & inspires through leading by example
• Superior product and lifestyle knowledge to help identify customer needs
