Position Description:

Visually inspects luxury clothing and accessory products by locating brand identifiers (holograms, date code, hallmarks, material, country of origin, or hallmarks) for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) in Arizona and Maryland. Evaluates the quality of the product/materials and provides product information such as measurements, material, and any product flaws. Submits items which pass visual inspection to designated 3rd party authentication services. Accurately lists authenticated items according to product listing guidelines and chooses appropriate listing category, delivery method, and listing strategy to maximize revenue and decrease customer service inquiries. Duties include writing content to describe items and optimizing listings for online search. Ability to meet daily quotas.
