Job Purpose

The primary goal for this position will be to ensure finished goods orders are processed and delivered according to the customer specifications.

• Receive and review regional orders submitted to the order management group.
• Enter sales and purchase orders in ERP systems.
• Create job folders for each project and keep up-to-date with all relevant order info; also maintain on-line job folders.
• Configure and work with Supply Chain factory contact to place orders with factories and 3rd party vendors.
• Acknowledge orders to customers.
• Update orders, equipment information, costing, delivery and billing forecast dates, and changes as needed and communicate to all relevant parties.
• Assist dealers and Kardex Remstar sales staff with manipulating POFs, special unit pricing requests, and additional discounts; redirect as necessary.
• Cross training for backup responsibilities as needed.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and able to face challenges and offer resolutions
• Team player

Training/Education: HS Diploma/ Associates degree a plus.

Professional Experience: Microsoft office knowledge is required. SAP experience a plus.
