Now Hiring - Med Spa Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Bala Cynwyd, PA

We are looking for a management level employee to grow our medical spa services. A detail-oriented self-starter to fill the role of Sales & Marketing Associate at our Bala Cynwyd, PA office.

The Sales & Marketing Associate role has three main responsibilites:

* Sales - This includes lead follow up, lead tracking using a CRM, and scheduling and participation of in-person and virtual consultations.

* Marketing - Create and execute on marketing campaigns. Coordinate with website team. Create eblasts.

* Social Media - Create and post content on social media platforms and manage our social media presence

*ABOUT US* Our services include Liposuction, Botox, injectable fillers, laser procedures, MiraDry, bio-idential hormone replacement, and aesthetic services.

*Educational Requirements* * High school diploma required * Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

*Qualifications and Experience:* * Three years’ experience in medical spa, beauty or skincare environment

* Three years’ experience in content creation (please submit handles worked on)

* Proficient in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or equivalent technologies

* Expert in social media platform functionality (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube)

* Experience in paid advertisement a plus

* Experience in with print copy development and collateral design

* Proven track record of successful sales experience

* Engaging personality

* Great listening skills

* Agile, with the ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Proven experience with proactive customer service and service recovery

* Growth mindset a must

* Neat, professional appearance

* Good time management skills to accommodate a busy practice

* Strong ethical judgement

* Comfortable taking and giving feedback

* Willing to work flexible schedule, including up to two Saturdays per month. Saturday hours around typically 9-4 or less. The office is open 8:30am-6:30pm and two Saturdays per month.
